The incomplete BH 416, referred to as "Rocky" on the radio, will only see daylight for a few hours, having been pulled from the shop in Falconer, it'll have a stall reserved for it in Olean that night.

Dave Curtis General I think they're calling it "Rocky" because that's what this engine was called when it belonged to the Owego & Harford RR.
